Terms of Service for RE:FRAMED (www.reframed.site)

Welcome to RE:FRAMED! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RE:FRAMED website (www.reframed.site), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.reframed.site (the "Site").

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. About the Site & Alpha Status

RE:FRAMED is a platform for creating, sharing, viewing, and discussing builds for the game Warframe.
IMPORTANT: RE:FRAMED is currently in an Alpha development phase. This means the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or be subject to change or removal without notice. Data, including user-created builds and account information, may be lost or corrupted. We appreciate your understanding and feedback during this phase.

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account or link your existing Warframe account.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Warframe Account Linking: If you choose to link your Warframe account, you authorize us to access certain information as permitted by you and Digital Extremes Ltd. for the purpose of providing Site functionality. RE:FRAMED is not responsible for your Warframe account itself or its security with Digital Extremes Ltd.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Site.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any builds, comments, text, images, or other material you submit, post, or display on or via the Site ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
• License to RE:FRAMED: By submitting User Content, you grant RE:FRAMED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Site), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Site and developing new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Site.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that:
  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.
  • Is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
  • Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
  • Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity.
  • Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
• Monitoring and Removal: We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we reserve the right to review, screen, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Site: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by RE:FRAMED, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• Warframe IP: Digital Extremes Ltd, Warframe and the Warframe logo are registered trademarks of Digital Extremes Ltd. All rights are reserved worldwide. RE:FRAMED has no official link with Digital Extremes Ltd or Warframe. All artwork, screenshots, characters, or other recognizable features of the intellectual property relating to these trademarks are likewise the intellectual property of Digital Extremes Ltd.
• Trademarks: The RE:FRAMED name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RE:FRAMED or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Rules of Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RE:FRAMED, a RE:FRAMED employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm RE:FRAMED or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Site.

6. Disclaimers

• "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE": YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RE:FRAMED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• ALPHA STATUS RISKS: DUE TO THE ALPHA STATUS OF THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SITE MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, AND OTHER PROBLEMS THAT COULD CAUSE SYSTEM FAILURES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER ISSUES. FEATURES MAY BE ADDED, MODIFIED, OR REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.
• CONTENT ACCURACY: WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE, INCLUDING USER-GENERATED BUILDS OR GAME-RELATED DATA (WHICH MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR OUTDATED). ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RE:FRAMED, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RE:FRAMED, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. You may stop using the Site at any time.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on the Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and RE:FRAMED regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
