oh i read the description to the right. You're incorrect, the battery window you need is much larger than you think. I've tested it.

The reason why I kept the 2 is because it's free knockback resistance (Just like PSF would offer but without the mod drain) plus, I'm not getting hit every second of my life so the battery drain isn't that bad. Plus I have Redline active all the time (Because this is also a weapon platform) so at 100%, Battery drain is non-existent. Idk why you're telling me to subsume Norish over the 2 when it's already on the 3 which is already completely useless because there's literally no range for it to be useful (Because again, Weapon Platform). I get more use out of his 2 than his 3 in this build because it's not like I'm just standing there taking damage all the time
